Passport services are offered by APPOINTMENT ONLY. No walk-in services.

Apply for your passport book or card with our help. We can only process DS-11 applications. The acceptance of a passport application can be time-consuming. Please bring all necessary materials to your appointment.

We do not accept DS-82 passport renewal applications. To see if you are eligible to submit the DS-82 form by mail, please review the instructions on the form. The instructions and the DS-82 form can be found at www.travel.state.gov.

We will do everything we can to help you track the progress of your application but we have no control over its actual processing time. Processing time may fluctuate according to the workload in the U.S. passport processing offices.

Routine Processing: 4 to 6 Weeks*

Expedited Processing: 2 to 3 weeks*

*Processing times begin when the U.S. Department of State receives the application, not when you apply.

You must apply at a Passport Acceptance Facility if: This is your first time getting a U.S. passport. Or your previous passport was issued before your 16th birthday. Or your previous passport expired more than 5 years ago. Or your previous passport was damaged, lost, or stolen

All applicants must be present in person when applying with the following:

1. DS-11 Application

2. Proof of Citizenship

3. Proof of Identity

4. Social Security Number

5. Photos

6. Passport Application and Acceptance Fee
